We aim to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of all gemstones listed.

Please note:

  • Natural gemstones may contain inclusions and internal features. These are not defects unless otherwise stated.

  • Colour may vary depending on lighting conditions and screen settings.

  • Measurements and carat weights are approximate within standard tolerances.

  • Images are taken under controlled lighting to best represent the stone’s appearance.

Each gemstone is unique.

3. Natural, Treated & Synthetic Stones

All gemstones will be clearly described as natural or synthetic.

Any known treatments will be disclosed to the best of our knowledge.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Full payment is required before an order is processed and shipped.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time prior to purchase.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the parcel has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Beryl & Blade is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return Policy.

Custom-cut or commissioned stones are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Custom & Commission Work

For custom-cut gemstones:

  • Specifications must be confirmed prior to cutting.

  • Final appearance may vary due to natural material limitations.

  • Custom commissions are non-refundable once cutting has begun.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beryl & Blade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, designs, and written material, is the property of Beryl & Blade and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore.
